Like Taraji P. Henson, Tyler Perry is one ambitious man. He his hands in so many projects from shows to movies he always has something ready for us to watch. This time is no different as Acrimony his newest movie was filmed in 8 days, no big deal!
“That’s about average 5 days for Madea and 8 days for this so yeah,” Perry said. Everyone grabbed their dictionary as soon as the name for Perry’s movie came out so naturally Tom asked him why acrimony.
“It means bitterness and angry and anger can’t let go,” expressed Perry. “I got it watching CNN. They were talking about Trump and that’s where the name came from.”
Taraji P. Henson plays the lead and her character is nothing short of fierce and intense.
“This her fatal attraction moment,” expressed Perry. “Don’t go out looking for typical Tyler Perry. This is grown a** Tyler.”
Perry is also happy to be back on the cruise in search of the next big star for his show. “I’m coming to look and see what you got this time. It will be fun.”
