‘Atlanta Robbin Season’ Two Premiere Receives Strong Ratings

The numbers are in and season 2 of the FX show Atlanta Robbin’ Season received a 1.8 million viewers.
After an 18 month recess returning on March 1, the show brought in 1.3 million views in adults between the ages of 18-49 which is up a whole 7% over the première of season 1 according to Deadline.
FX says the numbers show that the show is the, “best basic cable primetime scripted comedy telecast in more than a year.”
When you add all the numbers up from watching the show live, encore showings and streaming, the show was watched by a total of 2.7 million people. And FX expects viewership to grow based off the whopping 5.2 million people who tuned into the show for its first season on all platforms.
The second season catches up with Earn and Alfred played by Donald Glover and Brian Tyree Henry, cousins who are trying to break into Atlanta’s music industry.
