Lala Anthony just got the best free advertising for her line of jeans with retailer Lord & Taylor.
The actress and TV personality launched her denim collection that targets ladies of a particular age (50 and older). “We’re focused on comfort,” she told Refinery29 back in August. “When you put the clothes on, you can forget about them and go on with your day.”
Beyonce’s mother Tina Lawson, 64, picked up a pair and took to Instagram to show them off and share her thoughts.
“Hi, I got my jeans, La La, and they fit so well!” Lawson said in her video. She added: “They’re nice and soft. They fit in the waist. They hug in the back and I’m so pleased. Great fit!”
The Lala Anthony denim collection is for “all women, all shapes and sizes,” ranging in sizes 0 to 24. It’s priced under $100 and features fashion-forward silhouettes details like zippers, asymmetrical hems, rolled cuffs, and distressed fabrics.
“The quality is great,” Lala told Refinery 21. “The denim is super durable and will last forever. I love that we didn’t sacrifice the quality of the jeans by giving a lower price point.”
