Thirteen-year old Essynce Moore has a lot in common with other teenage girls. She likes getting her nails and hair done and looking and feeling pretty. The difference with Moore is that she can go to her own spa to make that happen. Moore is the owner of Essynce Couture, LLC Spa and Boutique in Passaic, New Jersey, which opened on November 1, 2015.

The spa offers manicures, pedicures, hair-cuts, athletic foot treatments, athletic hand treatments, and more. On opening day, Essynce Couture offered its services for free to teens, tweens and young adults. Some clients also enjoyed shopping and purchasing Essynce Couture clothing, bath and body products, lip gloss/balms and Essynce’s top-selling book- 6th Grade Middle School Chronicles.

Moore’s efforts have not gone unnoticed. In a joint legislative resolution, Senator Sarlo, Assemblyman Schaer, Assemblywoman Caride and Christine visited the spa and boutique personally to bestow Essynce with a State of New Jersey Award. The award recognized her as an individual of determination and enterprise whose efforts have brought pride and distinction to her family, community, and the State of New Jersey.

Moore’s ultimate dream is to meet the Obama family and visit the White House to discuss business, entrepreneurship education initiatives, and other opportunities that’s centered around children, tweens, and teens. She also hopes to see Essynce Couture Spa and Boutiques all around the world and to teach other children, tweens, and teens how to also become entrepreneurs for free.

Moore is looking for Essynce Couture Reps and Brand Ambassadors across the country. Interested candidates should visit their website at for more details.

“Entrepreneurship is one of the best gifts to give,” she says.
