A woman from Katy, Texas has lost her internship after she sent a racially-offensive tweet along with pictures of herself and a friend picking cotton in a cotton field.
Erika Escalante sent the a pictures over the weekend with the caption: “Our inner n**ger came out today.”
The company was alerted to Escalante’s offensive tweet and responded swiftly, announcing this morning they had kicked her to the curb. Isagenix posted the following statement on Twitter:
