Lil Wayne and Christina Milian also weren’t safe in the summer of celebrity breakups. The couple has split after a year of dating, according to US Weekly.
Milian linked up with Lil Wayne following her breakup with Jas Prince. US Weekly‘s source says the two mutually agreed to breakup because of busy touring schedules.
“She’s got so much going on with Grandfathered, her E! and Hulu shows, and working on her album with Wayne,” the source said. “It doesn’t help that Wayne is all over the place too.”
The couple’s big moment came at the end of 2014’s American Music Awards when they perform “Start A Fire.” It was a very short-lived high: “Start A Fire” failed to gain any traction and Lil Wayne’s trouble with releasing Tha Carter V was about to start.
