A woman is suing 2 Chainz for $5 million because he referred to her as a “THOT” in a video that has since gone viral and has allegedly damaged her reputation.
According to TMZ, Christine Chisholm claims one of the rappers in Chainz’s crew, Cap 1, invited her backstage at Chainz’s show on March 20, 2014. In the video posted online, Chainz repeatedly refers to Chisholm as a “THOT” (a.k.a. “that ho over there”).
In the lawsuit, Chisholm claims that two weeks after the video was posted — and seen by at least 10 million people — she was fired from her job at a barber shop because the manager thought the video would bring negative publicity to his establishment.
Chisholm also claims that being called a “ho” subjected her to harassment and abuse in public and has severely damaged her reputation. She’s seeking $5,000,000 in damages.
