According to TMZ, Jay Z and Beyonce were sitting courtside TOGETHER at the Brooklyn Nets playoff game in NYC. The couple who has never really addressed controversy and have lived their lives pretty privately over the years behaved as if nothing at all was wrong at the game.
However, it is worth noting that they also behaved that way a few moments after Beyonce’s little sister Solange tried to beat the brakes off Jay Z in an elevator last week at New York City’s Met Ball. So while the couple has not commented about the fight publicly the fact that they were at the game behaving normally is thought to be a statement of it’s own.
As for the hotel who leaked the security footage…well they released a statement.
Says The Standard Hotel,
“We are shocked and disappointed that there was a clear breach of our security system and the confidentiality that we count on providing our guests. We are investigating with the utmost urgency…”
We still say we’re never going to know what actually went down in that elevator! But we bet that limo driver knows…hmmm will he spill the tea that he clearly has more than a few cups of? Guess we’ll have to wait and see!
