3 Tips To Prolong Ejaculation

  1. Keep self-pleasuring moments down to three to five times a week, not three to five times a day. Overusing the penile muscles can stress them out and cause tension that can bring on an early ejaculation.
  2. When self-pleasuring, work on relaxing and extending your session instead of working to orgasm quickly. When rushing through the arousal state, the body is being trained to reach its peak early, but by slowing down this process, stamina is extended.
