Singer-songwriter Alicia Keys is all about empowering men and women. Being that yesterday was Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Alicia Keys released a song from her vault that was all about using your inner power to do something good. The song comes from Keys’ “As I Am” recording sessions. It does have a similar theme to Keys’ 2007 hit song “Superwoman.”
When Alicia Keys released the song via her website The Vault, she said, “This is one of my favorite unreleased songs. I was looking for my power. This song says it all. All of these pics inspire me! They represent the power of being yourself and finding yourself! Shine on!”
