Local radio personality, executive, community activist, and friend to the Tom Joyner Morning Show E. Steven Collins died this past weekend in Philadelphia at the age of 58
His radio station, 100.3-FM confirmed the sad news Monday morning.
Collins died late Sunday night after suffering a heart attack.
