Arms
Angela prefers working out for two hours a day, four days a week. Her focus is on dumbbells.
Thighs
Jumps Squats: This one move gets your entire body pumping, so do these about 10-15 times at lest for 2-3 minutes. While in a squatting position, explode straight into the air, then land back into a squat position.
Step-Up With A Knee Raise: This move not only works the hamstrings, but the abs. Do a set of 15 (shoot for 20 reps) for each leg. To learn how to perform this move, click here.

Standing side kicks can strengthen your inner thighs and quadriceps for a firm and sexy feel. You can also try leg raises to get the same results just like Ms. Bassett.

Angela’s diet consists of potatoes and fish because they contained complex carbs and lean proteins. She also eats lots of vegetables.
