NBA legend Shaquille O’Neal landed a huge victory in court.

A Florida judge threw out the lawsuit filed by O’Neal’s former girlfriend Vanessa Lopez. She filed the suit in 2010, citing that she was Shaq’s mistress for five years before their break-up. She also claimed that he threatened her safety and harassed her after their break-up.

However, the judge decided to throw out her case, stating that Lopez lied about too many facts adding, that Lopez “demonstrated an utter disrespect for the system of justice” reports TMZ.

One lie the judge pointed out was that Lopez claimed she was not aware of any prior restraining orders filed against her when it’s been reported that she had two filed on her.

The Hollywood Gossip reported that Lopez had two separate incidents with NBA players Kenyon Martin and Delonte West.

Reportedly, Lopez was accused of stealing Martin’s credit card and running up the bill in 2007 which lead to a restraining order. While West allegedly called security on Lopez because she refused to leave his hotel room in 2006 leading to another.

Lopez accused O’Neal of racketeering,  intentional inflection, invasion of privacy, emotional distress.

Gloria Allred was originally a part of Lopez’s legal team but she withdrew from the team stating Lopez was a fraud.

Lopez’s lawsuit was dismissed on the grounds of fraud on the court.
