Melvyn Wilson of Virginia might be the luckiest man in the world.
Not only has the 72-year-old recently won $500,000 off of a scratch-off game, prior to that in 2005 he won $1 million, in a separate time in 2005 he won another $500,000 and in 2004 he won $25,000!
So far, Wilson has won a little over $2 million.
No word on what he has spent all of this money on.
