screen-shot-2016-09-08-at-11-07-30-pmOn all fronts, Beyoncè is still doin’ the damn thing. In particular she’s making that paper to the point where she has a spot at #51 on Fortune’s list of “Most Powerful Women.” It’s even more significant because she is the only celebrity on the list among CEOs and corporation presidents.

Reports the NY Daily News:

Obviously the singer and sometime actress is widely known for her chart-topping hits which helped to make her the first female artist to have 12 songs on the Billboard Top 100. She is also a successful entrepreneur making waves in the business industry. Those efforts were not overlooked by the business publication,

This year, Beyoncé launched her own apparel line, Ivy Park, and also teamed up with the watermelon water startup, WTRMLN WTR. She tried her hand in the fashion industry once before when working on the contemporary women’s fashion line House of Deréon with her mother back in 2005.

In 2007, the Grammy-winning songstress launched her own entertainment and management company Parkwood Entertainment, which expanded into a music label this year. The sister duo Chloe X Halle is one of their first acts signed.

Fortune’s latest list is dominated by woman running Fortune 500 companies, with many of their titles listed as Chairman, President and SVP — but bonus pick Beyoncé is listed simply as, “Queen Bee.”
