Kelis’ baby bump may have upstaged her during her performance at the Afropunk Festival on August 22, but the IRS could care less.
TheJasmineBRAND.com reports that Kelis has been hit with a $85k+ lien over unpaid taxes, it is one of many the singer has been slapped with in recent years. Kelis owes back taxes to the states of New York and California and the IRS. In 2013, she dropped over $400k to pay off her massive tax debt. This most recent lien accuses Kelis of owing California $85,844.
