The newest star of  Christina ‘Brave” Williams drove all the way from Baltimore to attend her first CIAA tournament this year. It may be her newfound reality show diva status or just wanting to attend one of the biggest party weekends, we mean basketball tournaments of the year, but on her way she stopped to hang out with the Tom Joyner Morning Show.

Season 3 of R&B Divas: LA premiered on Wednesday, February 11 at 10PM/ET and re-introduced the singer to the world. If she looks familiar, you may remember we first met Brave on MTV’s Making The Band, back in the day. The Baltimore native who goes by the Instagram handle BMoreBrave, appeared on an early season of the show with the rapper Choppa, also a Baltimore native.

She’s a spoken word artist turned singer and her perspective as an independent artist has made her one of the show’s most unique additions.

“I’m just so blessed that TV One brought me on,” she says. So far, Williams has avoided much of the diva drama that’s made the show so crazy in previous seasons. “Brave comes in love and peace and for the music,” she says. “Shout out to all the spoken word poets out there.”
