Are you just a habitual procrastinator? Or were you waiting for your paycheck/a loan/a lottery win/your child support/welfare/settlement check/your husband/wife/ baby mama/baby daddy/mama or daddy to help out your dwindling or nonexistent cash flow?

We understand and we don’t judge. Now that you have some dough, is it too late to handle your Christmas obligations? Not necessarily, but you’d better get on it.

You’ve got a little more time for Kwanzaa shopping as it starts on Friday, December 26 and lasts until Thursday, Jan 1. For more on Kwanzaa, click here.

You’ve missed a lot of free shipping, but you have until Tuesday to get a gift to your loved ones via UPS, Fedex and USPS. Amazon will also promise orders for delivery on Christmas Day if you order by Tuesday.

Sears, Macy’s and Best Buy offer free shipping through Monday but there are cut-off times, so get your orders in early.

Target, Toys R Us, Kohl’s and Wal-Mart are all open Christmas Eve and in some places, you can order online and then pick up at the store.

Here are some great gifts for the loved ones on your list that are still available and can get there on time.

FOR THE KIDS

Amazon Kindle Fire HD 6 tablet  – Currently $99, this 8 or 16 gig tablet takes care of multiple gifts as you can load it with books, music and movies if you opt for a Prime membership as well.

Spot It: Disney Frozen Alphabet – &11.99 A fun learning game for the kids that incorporates characters from the popular film

Restoration Hardware clothing, sleeping bags, bedding, home accessories and furniture for kids Various prices from $15 up Stumped on a gift for a picky tween? How about a faux fur sleeping bag with pillow, boots, slippers, bean bag chair, hat, or throw?

Restoration Hardware has some gems for both boys and girls so if you’d got the kind of kid who would appreciate, check out their collection. If you order by 12 noon on December 22, you can still get it in time for Christmas.

FOR MOM AND DAD

Mom loves her caffeine in the morning so you can always give her a Starbucks or Dunkin Donuts gift card, a great last minute gift that can be sent via email, mobile or Facebook.

But she can also brew great coffee at home with a Keurig coffee maker. The Keuring 2.0 brews four cups and can also be used to brew tea, chai and hot chocolate. $189.99

Yes, Dads always says they don’t want anything but dads like to be appreciated, too. There’s one fool-proof gift you can give just about any dad –  a new TV with more bells and whistles. Thankfully, flatscreen TV prices are at record lows these days.

Samsung offers a 40 inch, 1080p  Smart TV for $449.000 that should please any man on your gift list. If that’s too much, then get Dad an Amazon Fire TV $79 or Amazon TV Stick $39, along with an Amazon Prime membership $99. It will open up a new world of streaming content via Prime movies and music.

For Mom, Amazon is currently offering a sweet 25% off shoes and bags, and they have major brands like Nine West, Michael Kors, Ugg, Hunter and Tory Burch in shoes and bags. Use the code 25OFFSHOES at checkout. And they’re offering 30% off coats, sweaters and sleepwear, too. Use the code 30CLOTHING at checkout.

FOR SISTER, COUSIN, AUNTIE, NIECE

Buying for teenage tastes is virtually impossible unless you know exactly which kind of bag, Ugg Boot, outfit your teenager wants. So a gift card for Forever21, H&M or Zara is always a good idea.  Nordstrom is having a rare 33% off Uggs Sale, look under “Deals” for details.

Other than that, you can always upgrade a phone or laptop for Christmas. Apple offers refurbished phones and laptops at prices well reduced from brand new that are Apple-certified.

Or if your loved one fits into none of those categories but has a long commute, give her the gift of an Audible.com membership which allows an unlimited monthly selection of audiobooks she can listen to on an Apple or Android smartphone or tablet. You can give gifts of 3, 6 and 12 months from $45.

You can always give the gift that keeps on giving to a single sister, cousin or auntie…sign them up for Match.com, Blackpeoplemeet.com or Eharmony.com.

FOR BROTHER, UNCLE, COUSIN, NEPHEW

Let’s face it, men like technology and gadgets and almost no man doesn’t like music. Technology has made it possible to enjoy music so many more places and in so many different way that you can’t beat it as a gift.

Spotify Premium and Pandora One mean you can download and stream music just about anywhere from any device. Monthly rates for Spotify are $9.99 monthly but Spotify has a deal through 12/31 for 99 cents a month for the first three months.

They also have a $4.99 student price and a discounted price for Sprint customers with the first 3 months free. (Note that you must sign up with a credit card and remember to cancel if you don’t want to to continue at full price.) Pandora One is $4.99 monthly.

Beats Audio is obviously one of the most popular headphones around and Walmart offers them in 5 colors for $139.99. For more sophisticated audiophiles, you can’t go wrong with Bose, which offers four different styles for $149.95.

Bluetooth technology has made great audio accessible as well. Sprint offers the Harmon-Kardon Onyx Bluetooth speaker on their website, but call or go into a Sprint store to ask about deals which make it $99 and you can pay it over 12 months. (This deal was offered earlier this year, so check first.)

Bose offers a wireless speaker in four colors for $129.95 that can go anywhere with you.

FOR HIM AND HER:

The best thing you can do for a significant other is something that they can enjoy all year. There are multiple “Gift of the Month” clubs that will deliver your sweetie their favorite things all year from flowers for her to cigars for him or vice versa. There are also Wine of the Month clubs, popcorn of the month clubs and spa baskets, etc.

There are also beauty samplers of the month clubs, which you can get samples specifically targeted at African-American women. Curl Kit is a popular one, but there are others.

Whatever you choose, hurry up so that someone’s Christmas ends up a little happier. Good luck and Happy Holidays!
