Just when you think he’s in the clear from the law, up comes another legal situation for Wesley Snipes to deal with.

RadarOnline reports Snipes was served with legal papers while walking the red carpet for the premiere of his latest film, “The Expendables 3.” As he left the screening of the movie to go to the after-party, the entertainer was handed the summons, which orders him to appear for a debtor’s examination.

Snipes is being sued by public relations firm Sitrick & Company for failure to pay fees associated with work the group did when he faced felony tax evasion charges, RadarOnline noted. Snipes tasted freedom after being released from prison in April 2013 upon serving a three-year sentence for tax evasion.

Court documents reveal the actor must “furnish information to aid in enforcement of a money judgement” totaling $103,000. The amount, a court states, is what Snipes owes the firm.

In case it isn’t clear, the court document states the actor “may be subject to arrest and punishment for contempt of court, and the court may take an order requiring [him] to pay reasonable attorney fees incurred by the judgment creditor in this proceeding.”
