  • Former “Basketball Wives: LA” cast member Laura Govan is beefin’ with the show’s creator, Shaunie O’Neal.

Govan told TMZ that the show should only feature the wives of basketball players … and NOT random “hos.” The bottom line, according to her, is that the recent crop of women are ruining the reality show.

Govan — who was axed from the show after Season 2 — tells us she’s got a serious beef with show creator Shaunie O’Neal … explaining, “I feel like she didn’t keep [the show] in the basketball creed.”

“She shoulda kept ‘Basketball Wives,’ basketball wives” … adding, “There coulda been a ‘Housewives or a Ho’ show for everybody else later.”

    1. But I guess Baby Mamas of Basketball Players are okay to put on Basketball WIVES show, cause that’s all both Laura AND her sister were when they first appeared on the show. They weren’t wives or ex-wives of basketball players. I would hope that any self respecting current basketball wives wouldn’t waste her time on this trashy reality tv show.

    2. The next time woemn start blaming men for all their Ills, they should all take a good, hard look at this video. Nuff Said!

      • So you think a few tricks represent all black women? So I guess when we read daily articles of black men killing one another over shit that don’t even belong to you or having 22 kids and no job is a representation of all black men? Get real.
