  • With the sudden resignation of NAACP president Ben Jealous, the search is on for a new leader.

BlackAmericaWeb.com’s Senior Political Correspondent, Michael H. Cottman, recently weighed in on the issue and suggested a huge change in leadership. In the NAACP’s 104-year history, there has never been a female at the helm as president.

If you missed it, read Cottman’s commentary here and, if you agree, sign the petition below to make history. And don’t forget to share with your friends on Facebook and Twitter.

    1. Naacp is run by a bunch of racist ass holes. A white woman dresses up like a black woman in a comedy show and all the racist black people get offended and want to take action against the show? Yet the Wayons brothers can make a hit movie as “white chicks” and get away with it without people getting thier panties in a bunch?!?!!? See the problem here???? NAACP You people are a bunch of racist pricks who need to grow the fuck up and learn to laugh at what’s meant to be laughed at instead if making such a big deal over every stupid little thing. You are embarassing yourselves, hope you know that.
