“We lived in the hospital for three months and she had to receive a heart transplant. We already had a foundation and it was education based, but we felt we should switch over the mission statement of our foundation to make it more meaningful to us.”
The Charles Tillman Foundation now encourages others to participate in organ donation in order to continue saving lives.
To participate in the Give It Up For Good campaign you can go to the Allstate website and post your own story or the story of others who are active participants in the betterment of their communities.
