Jazz Pianist Don Blackman Loses His Battle With Cancer

Jazz pianist, producer and songwriter Don Blackman has reportedly lost his battle with stage four cancer.
Blackman’s daughter, Irene, confirmed the news on Twitter, asking fans to “please pray for us”.
The musician’s career spanned several decades and he played with many artists including Parliament/Funkadelic, Roy Ayers, Janet Jackson, Sting, Earth Wind and Fire and more.
