There’s a competition in place to decide who’s going to be the lucky designer to draft up the design. While we wait for the statue to be revealed, we can oooh and aaah at Rosa Parks’ commemorative stamp the post office will be offering after Feb. 4. The “Historic Forever” stamp will honor Parks’ 100th birthday.
