Mitt Romney is not the only one that has outraged Big Bird.

The popular Sesame Street character is upset over the use of its celebrity without permission.

The Obama campaign released an ad today mocking Mitt Romney’s plans to cut federal funding to Public Broadcasting Service (PBS).

In the new ad, Big Bird sarcastically plays an American enemy behind big business criminals Bernie Madoff, Dennis Kozlowski, and Ken Lay.

Sesame Workshop released a statement explaining the unauthorized use of the character.

“We have approved no campaign ads, and as is our general practice, have requested that the ad be taken down.”

Despite Romney’s plans, the shows’ producers want no part in the campaigns for either party.

“Sesame Workshop is a nonpartisan, nonprofit organization and we do not endorse candidates or participate in political campaigns.”

Obama’s campaign is currently reviewing the complaints and concerns.
