  • A New York panini shop is combing two culinary favorites into one: sandwiches and alcohol. 

    Salumè gives their customers the opportunity to douse their sandwiches with their spirit of choice.

    Unlike other dishes that incorporate alcohol into the recipe, the sandwiches do not undergo a heating process to cook the alcohol off. The sandwich is literally smothered in the liquor.
