  • Okay, nobody’s looking. It’s just you and me. How many of you are really happy with your bodies? So, what are you going to do about it? I’m not talking about losing weight because of a New Year’s resolution. I’m not talking about losing weight because that’s the trend. I’m not even talking about losing weight for your health. I’m talking about changing your body just enough so that you feel sexy again. Because let’s face it – you can be overweight to your doctor and feel sexy as hell. Or you can be the perfect weight on paper but not feel sexy at all. We’re just a few days away from Valentine’s Day, and whether you’re in a relationship, want to be in one or couldn’t care less about it, this time of the year has got you thinking about getting sexy.

    The beautiful thing about sexy is that it means different things to different people. What’s sexy to you might be gross to me. What’s sexy to me might turn you off, and what’s sexy to Jacque Reid might be against the law in most states, but that’s another story.

    This morning, “The Tom Joyner Morning Show” will have a sexy proposition for you. We will give you a chance to join Sybil and her team in their goal to try to get back to sexy.

    You remember sexy, don’t you? Think about it, determine what it looked like on you, and figure out a way – along with Dr. Ian Smith and thousands of others – to get it back. It’s all up to you.

    Other people can tell you what looks sexy on you, but only you know what feels sexy. What size were you when you were at your personal sexy best? 16? 14? 2?

    It’s not for us decide; it’s all about you. All you have to do is keep listening for Dr. Ian and Sybil to give you the details that will change your life. And when something is that good, you don’t want to keep it to yourself. Ask your mate, your friends and family members if they’d like to get back to sexy too. After all, it’s not that much fun to be sexy all by yourself!

    Mark this date down: February 10, 2009. That’s the date you decided to do something just for you. Look in the mirror right now, and say to yourself, “I’m just minutes away from taking a journey that will have me looking and feeling better than I’ve felt in a long time. I’m going to follow the steps laid out by Sybil and Dr. Ian. I’m going to be accountable for making this more than a fad diet or weight loss program because this time I’m committed to reaching a goal. And I’m not going to get there alone.”

    Sybil and the other ladies of the TJMS will be right by your side and you will all get back to sexy … together.
