Can you smelllll…what Madame Tussauds is cookin’? Global superstar Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson is the latest star to be immortalized in wax at Merlin Entertainments’ Madame Tussauds Hollywood. His brand-new figure made a bold debut at The Hollywood Rooftop Bar and Restaurant earlier this week (August 12th). Perched high above the world-renowned Hollywood Boulevard, the Rooftop Restaurant and Bar offers one of Los Angeles’ premiere open-air dining experiences where guests can soak up sweeping views of tinsel town, rub shoulders with waxed A-listers and channel their inner superstar in true Hollywood style. Inspired by the look Dwayne wore to the 2021 People’s Choice Awards, the new figure is styled in a red silk shirt with rolled-up sleeves, paired with burgundy dress trousers and loafers. Accessories include a gold chain with a round pendant, a gold signet ring, a gunmetal wedding ring, and a watch with a black leather strap. The figure is Johnson’s 14th figure at the world’s greatest wax museum. “Dwayne Johnson continues to set the bar across entertainment, and now he’s headlining our rooftop dining experience showcasing star-studded moments,” said Shirlie Belloso, Chef of Madame Tussauds Hollywood. “His figure brings his signature charisma and presence to one of LA’s most iconic backdrops, it’s a must-see for fans and foodies alike.”

Just in time to savor the last weeks of summer, Madame Tussauds Hollywood Rooftop Restaurant and Bar is turning up the heat with a fresh lineup of seasonal menu items. The outdoor hotspot has become a go-to for cocktails and bites, and guests are encouraged to drop The People’s Elbow on their appetites with the new offerings. The Strawberry Blazing Mule is a fiery twist on the classic Moscow Mule, featuring notes of strawberry and a subtle habanero kick. For those looking to cool down, the Spritz Club offers a bubbly, refreshing take on a cucumber smash. On the food front, the BBQ Burger is quickly rising to fan-favorite status, piled high with savory BBQ and melty cheese, while the crispy Brussels Sprouts, drizzled in a hot honey mustard sauce and topped with pumpkin seeds, have become so popular they regularly sell out.

Another new addition since the restaurant’s debut, guests are now invited to enjoy a weekend brunch experience on Saturdays and Sundays from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., featuring bottomless mimosas, a breakfast burrito worthy of its own award and stuffed French toast that’s a true box-office smash.
