Nanci Pelosi has told Trump to either reschedule his State of the Union address or deliver it in a letter. Her request is due to a lack of security because of the shutdown. But, Trump refuses to reschedule because, “it’s a special tradition.” Will he reopen the government to be able to give his State Of The Union Address on time?
