A Nebraska man who was clearly intoxicated, was picked up by police. The Officers were driving him to his brothers house, apparently that’s a thing in Nebraska. While in the car, the man opened a can of alcohol and began drinking. He was cited for having open alcohol in a car! BYOB does not apply in police cars, or any car!
