Roland Martin: Finding Justice For The Victims Of The Austin Bombing
The city of Austin has been struck by a serial bomber terrorizing the city. The first three victims were people of color which set the Black community in Austin on high alert. Two of the victims were activist in the community which lead people to believe they were targeted. Even as the suspect has killed himself, there are still many unanswered questions.
Nelson Linder, president of the Austin NAACP talks with Roland Martin about the determination to find out why Anthony House and Draylen Mason were killed.
“We’ve got to go back now and follow this whole story and find some answers about the motivation,” explained Linder. “So we’re going to stay involved to ensure that we find answers out about why these folks were killed.”
