The player, whose legal name is Isaiah Avery Jones, was arrested after officers were called to a disturbance in downtown Los Angeles, said Officer Luis Garcia, a police spokesman.

When the officers arrived, they found Jones “breaking glass doors and windows” and arrested him on suspicion of felony vandalism, Garcia said.

The arrest was first reported by TMZ, which posted a video of the brothers arguing that showed a nude Zay Jones pushing his brother in what appeared to be the hallway of an apartment building. The site also obtained a photo of a broken window with what appeared to be blood on the floor nearby.

Jail records showed Jones, 22, was being held Tuesday on $20,000 bail. His agent, Zeke Sandhu, did not reply to text and voicemail messages. Sandhu also represents Cayleb Jones.

The Bills said in a statement they were aware of an incident involving Jones and were still gathering additional information.

Jones was the first of Buffalo’s two second-round picks in 2017 after completing a prolific college career at East Carolina. He set an FBS record with 399 career catches and broke the single-season reception mark with 158 catches in his final season.

The production didn’t carry over into Jones’ rookie season as he struggled in attempting to take over the Bills’ No. 2 receiver spot. He finished tied for third on the team with 27 catches and fourth with 316 yards. He also scored two touchdowns.

Jones’ production tailed off over the final month, when he had just two catches for 25 yards. Following the season, Jones revealed he played part of the year with a torn labrum and had surgery to repair the injury in January.

Jones is the son of former NFL linebacker, Robert Jones, who won two Super Bowl championships with the Dallas Cowboys during his 10-year career.

Felony vandalism. Always overcharging black people. I hope the brother gets a good lawyer. No thought of taking him to the hospital for an evaluation, perhaps CTE, or medication mix up. Let that sink in ……felon for having a domestic meltdown. He should be charged with something, but how about a misdemeanor, steep fine, and community service? Black people are rarely given the benefit of the doubt and provided adequate mental health services; just make him a felon so that he will have a black mark for the rest of his life. I’m not taking up for him, just reflecting that once again – Lady Justice is a Bigot.

There is definitely something going on with Mr. Jones – he needs to be evaluated for concussion issues rather than being suspended or kicked out like the NFL does to avoid being accountable!!! I Pray his family seek serious help for him, Football is detrimental to ones Health! A demise that is very rapid without warning except for displays like this that the NFL ignores – hence Aaron Hernandez! Had same warning signs that were covered up for the use of his talents!! #shameful

  3. He plays wide receiver which means he get tackled alot, hope this isn’t a case of too many concussions. He is displaying that behavior.
