Hacks: The Inside Story of the Break-ins and Breakdowns that Put Donald Trump in the White House a new book by former Interim DNC Chief Donna Brazile has swept the nation with intriguing and surprising information on the 2016 Presidential race.

“They threw a lot of shade at me because I dared to tell my story,” explained Brazile. “I wrote the book because I believe that we need to learn the lesson so that we can heal and move on.”

During the election, Brazile recounted the number of chances she gave for diversity in reaching minorities for voting and awareness. She noticed something different while she was campaigning. “Something is wrong, there’s no energy on the ground,” explained Brazile, realizing people weren’t being reached.

From this book, Brazile hopes people, “come away understanding a little more about American politics.”
