While discussing Donald Trump on Hot 97 this week, 50 Cent revealed that the Trump team once offered him $500,000 to make an appearance for him during the presidential campaign.
“Before he got elected, they were having issues with the African American vote,” 50 told Ebro and co-hosts Laura Stylez and Peter Rosenberg on Tuesday (Sept. 26). “They wanted to pay me $500,000 as part of the campaign just to make an appearance. I was like, ‘Nah, that’s not good money,’” he said.
“I’m not going to do that,” he continued. “That’s not worth it!”
The rapper and TV producer also talked about his new BET series, the state of New York hip-hop and more.
