After a very public Twitter battle with racist and sexist trolls earlier this week, comedienne and Ghostbusters’ star Leslie Jones has decided to come back to the social media site.

On Monday, the actress thought she would be spending the day celebrating the success of her new number one film, but instead she was in “tears” exposing the ugly racial and gender bullying she had to endure. Jones was called all kinds of atrocities including the “n-word,”  an “ape” and was told people like her cause “AIDS.”

Twitter responded to her abuse by permantely banning Breitbart editor Milo YiannopoulosMashable notedAnd while Jones said she was done with Twitter for good, she decided to not let her bullies win and on Thursday, made a return.

Twitter itself and others welcomed Jones back with open arms.

Glad to have you back girl!
