Roland Martin talks to Attorney A. Scott Bolden about FBI Director James Comey’s decision to not recommend criminal charges in its investigation into Hillary Clinton‘s use of a private email server while secretary of state.
“Prosecutors have to be bring a case where they believe they can get a conviction. Hillary Clinton has said she was careless but it’s not criminal,” Bolden said.
