NBC Adds ‘Marlon’, Sitcom Based On Marlon Wayans Life [WATCH]

“Marlon,” a comedy based on the life of comedian Marlon Wayans, has been ordered to series at NBC, according to TV Guide.

Wayans will star as a loving but immature divorced dad trying to co-parent his children with his ex-wife, who very much has her life in order.

Essence Atkins plays Marlon’s ex-wife; Notlim Taylor and Amir O’Neil are playing his kids.

Christopher Moynihan will serve as writer and executive producer on the series.
