It appears that Elise Neal is through with TV One’s “Hollywood Divas” show.

Neal says she’s done with the show due equipment causing damage to her head during a shoot and the producers refusing to take care of the medical expenses.

According to TMZ, the incident happened at a bowling alley when she was hit on her head by a falling light fixture. She claims producers basically tried to pretend it never happened and order the scene to be reshot.

In the meantime, she says she stuck with having to pay some pretty hefty medical bills, which include the cost of x-rays and MRIs.

  1. That’s a strange way to get out of your contract, but then again…. Also, I’m sure she’s going to sue from here on out, and it will be interesting to see what is in her contract about injury’s she may sustain on a shoot.

Duke if you took the time to read & comprehend what i said you would see i stated OR THE PRODUCTION COMPANY ie the people she was working for should have provided/had insurance … Anything else you need to “explain” to me??

Duke my point is that even if the production company wasnt going to cover her injury she SHOULD HAVE HER OWN PERSONAL INSURANCE ANYWAYS… There shouldnt be any “hefty medical costs” Just a couple dollars for a copay ,..

Good, she was tired anyway… next. She should go after the bolwing alley for damages, the producers dont own the facilty. She really thinks she is better than the other women on the show anyway.
