Roland Martin talks about an off-duty Chicago cop who shot 16 times into the wrong car and the recommendation of him to be fired. Kathy Chaney, a reporter for WBEZ gives details about how the case is being handled.
“This has been a long time coming. It’s ultimately up to the police superintendent. The community is hoping he stands by IFRA. It will be a complete uproar if he doesn’t,” Chaney said.
