Kenya Moore faked her engagement to the man she met on Millionaire Matchmaker according to the woman that he actually married.

The Real Housewives of Atlanta star appeared on an episode of Patti Stanger’s Bravo show and ended up with a man named James Freeman. On May 1, Moore posted an Instagram pic of an engagement ring reportedly given to her by Freeman, a Los Angeles based commercial real estate agent.

That was apparently news to Freeman, because he started dating Jaimi Gregory shortly after taping the show last fall and ended up marrying her in April of this year.

Jaimi Gregory told Radar Online that Kenya knew this all along.

Per Radar Online:

“James was on ‘Millionaire Matchmaker’ in September [2014] and I met him in December. We met on and three months later we were engaged,” she told Radar. “Then on Good Friday, April 3, 2015 we got married. We just knew right away that we were in love.”

Gregory told Radar that Freeman “totally forgot he even did the show and so when the commercials started airing he told me all about it.”

“He said he went on two or three dates after the show aired with Kenya,” she claimed. “He told me they just kissed and nothing else. He said she just wasn’t the right person for her, but he wished her the best.”

Freeman’s wife said that in the last two weeks Moore started reaching out to her husband again. “Kenya wrote to him saying that they should celebrate since their ratings were so high,” she said. “But he told her that he had met someone and fell in love so it wasn’t appropriate for him to talk with her anymore.”

The RHOA star was apparently not happy with his response and sent him a “mean” response, according to his wife.

“Kenya wrote to him and told him that he hurt her brand. Of course he didn’t respond to her. But a little more than a week ago she reached out again and told him she needed a favor. When he asked what it was she told him she needed to talk to him in person,” Gregory claimed. “He didn’t want to do that so he didn’t respond.”

Gregory told Radar that her husband was reluctant to meet with Moore because “he told her he was seeing somebody. She knew he was seeing somebody. She was not respecting him anymore.”

She said she was shocked when she heard that Moore posted an engagement ring picture and then claimed she didn’t know that Freeman was in a relationship with another woman.

“It doesn’t feel good to be put in this position. James was very clear with his boundaries,” Gregory claimed. “She wasn’t respecting him. This was obviously a publicity stunt. I know it was.”

It appears no one read the entire article. It stated that when he taped the show he was single. He only dated Kenya a few times and realize that they were not a good fit. He met his present wife a few months later. Please stop feeling sorry for these reality show fakes.

Before commenting read the article completely.

WTH? Now the wife is coming out saying Kenya knew her husband was married! Are you kidding me? This is drama at it’s best! Why would the wife come out and speak for her cheating husband? This all goes back to that Patty Chick, it’s her job to find out of any of them are married, she don’t get a pass on this one. As for Kenya, she’s a paid TV personality, whether she knew he was married or not, she still get paid for appearences just like the rest of them do! Patty, the same, doing it for the money, the cast/married or not all doing it for the same reasons MONEY regardless how big or small the amount is it’s still money they never had!

I’m neither a fan nor foe of Ms. Moore, she felt she needed to clear up some things before they reached the public. However, I hate that she gave these people any recognition at all. Next thing you know they will have their own stupid, dumb ass reality show. That’s just how society is now, anything stupid goes, the dumber the better. Where have all the morals gone? Self-respect? Dignity? Pride? Everyone seems to do whatever the hell they feel like with no moral compass or accountability. America, what a damn mess we’ve become. WE NEED TO DO AND EXPECT BETTER!

It’s entertainment! Remember Snookie? HoneyBooBoo, Flavor of Love, etc.? They are just trying to make a fast buck. No harm, no foul……

She’s the modern day Erica Cane, from All My Children, someone you just love to hate!!

I know right. Snookie and Honey booboo was just the ignorance I was referring. Girl I know I went on a little rant and I should have realized the message would be lost in translation.

Maybe if Miss Toxic looked for a “normal” man instead of looking for a millionaire or African prince (LOL) she would find a man. But I doubt any man with good sense would be bothered with her for too long. Baggage, bad attitude, rotten personality, mean spirited, self centered. Bravo needs to kick her off the show since she’s not a wife, ex-wife or mother.

That shot about her mama was uncalled for though.

    • I agree, leave momma out of it. Most moms would have snatched their child from this mess years ago even uncles, aunties, grandparents, hell cousins!. Not sure what happened and I’m not one to judge, sometimes you really need to figure things out for yourselves. Hopefully she is at that point.

Agreed! How did Freeman “forget” he was on Millionaire Matchmaker. He sure does move fast! He may have been seeing multiple women at the same time. Wifey needs to fact check her hubby before spouting off too much. He has been busy.

    • Laura on said:

I’m not a fan of Kenya’s; but, I agree TOTALLY w/what Elizabeth said! How can you FORGET that you’re on Millionaire Matchmaker??? Come on, now! Wifey, tell yourself what you need to hear!

  7. Sylvia on said:

I believe that Kenya was being deceptive about her relationship with him, but Ms. Gregory needs to take a closer look at her new husband. How do you “forget” that you were on Millionaire Matchmaker! Really?

Vivica said it best…”#toxic chick. Kenya is obviously delusional with grandiose symptoms; she’s middle aged, single, no kids and no man wants her on a permanent basis. The sad part about this is, she knows it! Face it Kenya, your own mother wants nothing to do with you and there has to be a reason. I suspect a history of mental illness. Fake ring, fake men in your life, fake life. You are done!

    • Sara, you why the hate. You speak as if you personally know Kenya. I think you are NeNe Leakes not Sara. People this is a made up controversy that will soon by a reality show. Do not take the bait.

      • Sara on said:

We all have opinions! Your’s are different from mine…cool. The mental illness statement was about Kenya, not her mom. I have seen how Kenya acts on TV; I have not see her mom…wait – neither has she!

    • demp109 on said:

Sara, you went out of bounds on this one. That was mean spirited and has no place on this board. While I don’t support Kenya’s actions, and she has put it out there for the world to see and comment on, I don’t see disrespecting her and her mother as appropriate

    • its ashame vivica had any room to talk, vivia was in love with 50’cent had he talk about her like a dog.and vivica young man she was going to marriedd walk out he did not want to married vivica. and when kenya meet him on the show he was not married at all . they went out 3 times never touch at all than later he found this white women and in 3 months married the white woman. he don’t even tell his new wife about the show. the man is to blame not kenya. kenya is still a beautiful women and her time would come. even the man wife said it was before he got married is when he went out with kenya. but sara you got to much hate on you.

It to bad the professional Black woman have to compete with Blond Becky White Women. Kenya has same problem as other Professional Black Women, finding a Singe and Successful Black man. Blond Becky is always waiting to grab them up. Kenya deserves better. Don’t settle.

    • Say What on said:

True until those black men fall from grace or run into trouble; then blonde becky and others want to throw those negros back to blacks folk. It is funny when blacks are doing well these same white folks will say “color does not matter”; but when the same blacks fall, these same whites will trash those blacks and even go as far to say if some blacks support them “he turned his back on your community, why support him”. I have seen this even with Tiger woods. During his drama, many asked “why didn’t he ever date a black woman” or “no black women has even been cheated with Tiger”. It never fails.

      • Blonde Becky on said:

You have to be the most ignorant, uneducated racist. The color of peoples skin should have nothing to do with anything. If you were not beneath me I would almost feel sorry for you because you are really a pathetic excuse for ANY woman of color!

  10. this is a pattern for miss Kenya moore . I do take issue. Bravo should kick her off for this it makes them look bad and this is her m.o. no man wants to be with a woman that is like Kenya and rakes people over the coals all the time because all they can see is how she treats people
