RAD Smoothie: Orange Citrus Cooler
Remember Orange Julius in the mall, or an Orange Creamsicle as a kid? Well this healthy version is their love child. Packed with vitamin C and protein this time around. Get ready for a party to start in your mouth ladies!
1 large naval orange sliced (freeze the night before so your smoothie is nice and thick)
4 oz plain nonfat Greek yogurt
1 tsp of agave or honey
Blend all the above until smooth. Orange you glad you tried this smoothie!
