RAD Smoothie: Berry Oatmeal Smoothie
Getting to warm to have oatmeal for breakfast? Then cool off with this antioxidant rich oatmeal smoothie
1 cup of blueberries (I used frozen)
1/2 of a banana (frozen too)
4 oz plain nonfat Greek yogurt
1/2 cup of dried oats
Blend all the above until smooth. Yay oatmeal for breakfast all year long.
