Jacque Reid talks to Gloria McCollum, a native of St. Louis and an Attorney about the grand jury’s decision to not indict Officer Darren Wilson in the shooting death of Michael Brown.
“It was very hard on the city for it to come at night because people had not really planned for this decision to come. If you’re out doing your daily duties and you don’t know when it’s coming, you’re in jeopardy,” McCollum said.
