Oil pulling is an age-old remedy that started in India thousands of years ago. It’s used to clean and detoxify your teeth and gums while naturally making those pearly whites even whiter! But what exactly does it involve? Essentially, you swish a small amount of coconut oil (or any other vegetable-based oil) around in your mouth for 20 minutes and then spit it out and rinse well.
