One Brooklyn man is using the justice system to get back at his parents.
32-year-old Bernard Anderson Bey is suing his parents because he thinks he was not loved enough as a child and that he didn’t receive enough attention from them growing up.
The New York Post is reporting that Bey is asking for his parents to mortgage a portion of their home in order to purchase Domino’s Pizza franchises so the family can be employed.
In the suit, he also claims that his father was both physically and emotionally abusive towards him as a child. Bey’s father responded to the suit saying that he isn’t “entitled” to anything. He also pointed out that he’s Bey’s step-father and that further shows that he doesn’t owe him anything.
Bey also claims that his five siblings are all on public assistance because of their parents’ bad parenting.
However, his siblings and mother are dismissing the suit, saying that he is a pathological liar and that the life he has is because of the decisions he has made.
