Cedric The Entertainer will be your conductor this Sunday, November 25th for the 25th Soul Train Music Awards at 8 p.m. on BET and Centric. Raphael Saadiq is on board as musical director with special tributes to the late “Soul Train” creator Don Cornelius as well as icon Whitney Houston. New Edition receives a Lifetime Achievement Award for their two-decade career and performs a medley of their biggest hits.

Other highlights of the show – which includes constant references to the reelection of President Obama or “2 Termz” as he’s referred to – include performances by Ne-Yo, Keyshia Cole, Tyrese, Anthony Hamilton, Fantasia, Elle Varner, John Legend and 2 Chainz with Charlie Wilson. Stevie Wonder and Eddie Levert hold down the classic artists, and newcomers Leah Labelle and Marcus Canty (“The Voice”) perform their renditions of songs by Teena Marie and Luther Vandross respectively.
