There has been countless stories this year about teachers getting caught having sex with students. This time a 38-year-old Florida teacher was arrested this past weekend after she was allegedly caught by her husband having sex with a 16-year-old foreign exchange student who was living with them in their home.
Police say Neely's husband caught the duo after he used a gps app to track his wife's phone. The tracking device lead him to a parking lot where they were having sex.
She claims a "midlife crisis" caused her actions and told police the 16-year-old kept asking her for sex. According to the student, they had sex more than once, Neely denies it.
Amie Neely was arrested on a sexual assault charge.
The teacher was released from jail Sunday on $15,000 bail and she was also fired from the Community Christian High Academy.
