Rapper/actor Ice-T, has just taken a serious hit on the sale of his Sunny Isles Beach condo.
Like a lot of property owners in South Florida, rapper/actor Ice-T took a big hit when he unloaded his Sunny Isles Beach condo according to Jose Lambiet’s Gossip Extra.
Ice-T, whose real name is Tracy Marrow and stars on “Law & Order: SVU,” sold his 26th floor, three-bedroom unit last month for $1.29 million.
You might say, what’s the problem? $1.29 million!? Well, thing is the couple still took a huge loss on the original deal.
Ice-T and wife Coco bought the 2,000-square-foot modern designed house, with amenities that include a sauna and a steam room, for $1.53 million in 2007.
Well, at least, according to county papers, he had enough left to pay off his $1.2 million-mortgage but he lost nearly a quarter of a million dollars.
