An Oregon woman is taking a unique approach to selling her home.

Elle Zober has placed a for sale sign in front of her home detailing the matters of her pending divorce:

“Husband left us for a 22-year old…House for sale, by scorned, slightly bitter, newly single owner.”

The sign about her soon-to-be ex-husband’s actions are drawing worldwide attention.

“I’ve gotten calls from Sweden and Scotland and Ireland and a man from Japan called to buy the house,” Zober told reporters.

Zober and her husband were married for 10 years and have two children together. She said her family was completely shocked by her husband’s cheating.

The sign also warns interested cheating parties with the detailed fine print, “Adulterers need not apply.”

Zober believes that the sign is achieving its ultimate goal.

“We thought it was a funny way to get exposure,” she says.  “We anticipated people driving by the sign and posting it and thinking it was funny.  We did not anticipate the level of personal interest that’s happened.”

Her husband is aware of the highly publicized sign and even helped pay for it. He feels that as long as it helps sell the house, it serves its purpose. Both parties are trying to avoid foreclosure.

The home owners also posted the following message for potential buyers:

“We Loved This Home.  You Will Too.”
