Chris Brown has rejoined Twitter and he has done it with a splash or should I say a cloud of smoke.
The multi-talented singer posted photos of he and his friends smoking marijuana over in Amsterdam to the dismay of many people.
Brown is still on the bad side of a lot of folks and it seems like the 23-year-old singer has truly adapted a love me or hate me attitude because he posted a series of the highly controversial photos.
Marijuana is 100% legal in Amsterdam, yet people are up in arms still because they want Chris to clean up his image.
